We need a State issued Legal Exemption Certificate document filled out completely, your State issued Retailer's Tax Registration Certificate number or business license, company phone number, email address and the address of business. 

Why do I need to provide a State issued Tax Exemption Certificate?

The Designer Pricing Model is reserved for businesses in the Home Fashions Design industry commonly referred to as the "trade.”  Because there are tax exemptions, the state of Kansas requires us to keep a copy of each companies certificate on file.

We offer this program with hopes that you will use us as your one-stop shopping source for your hardware needs and then continue to build on that relationship with repeat orders. We want your business and are willing to pursue it with discount pricing.  We offer this option only to businesses in the "trade" therefore, we need to know that you are legitimate and not just someone looking for a better price.

Can my friends use my discounted account?

Yes.  However, we would prefer you limit sharing your discounts with others as it affects our ability to provide competitive pricing.     

Does my account ever expire?

No.  As long as there is continued activity on your account it will remain active.  If we detect a year or more of inactivity, we may inactivate your account.  However, it can be reactivated immediately upon notification.   

Can other promotions or coupons be combined with my Designer Pricing Model account?

No.  Prices available in the Designer Pricing Model are already significantly below retail and do not qualify for any other discounts.  For volume or very frequent buyers, additional percentage or dollar discounts my be given to be used in conjunction with the already discounted prices.   

How much does it cost to sign up?

This feature is free.  There are no costs or annual fees associated with your account. 

How long will it take to set up my account?

Accounts are usually set up within 1 to 2 business days.  This can vary depending on how long it takes to validate and authenticate your trade documents.  When you have been approved for your account, you will receive an email with your username and password along with instructions of how to sign-in and switch to the Designer Pricing Model.

What are my discount amounts?

We do not publish our Designer Pricing Model.  After you submit your application and we have verified the information provided, we will review your application.  If accepted, you will receive an email providing your personal login information.  We will then disclose our pricing model to you. 

Do I have to place a minimum order?

No.  However, you might want to order enough to justify the cost of shipping.   

Do I get free shipping on orders of $150 or more?

No.  Because the Designer Pricing Model provides significant discounts, all shipping and handling fees are expected to be paid by the buyer.  Nevertheless, we think you will be very pleased with the discounts you receive.   

If I make a standard retail purchase in error, can I get the Designer Discount applied afterwards?

No.  When a retail purchase is made and the value of the cart exceeds $150, free shipping applies.  Also, for Designers, there are other charges that are applicable that are not for standard retail.  These details are explained in the Designer Account application.
