All orders from Metal Mania are custom made and are non-refundable or exchangeable.

Rod Ordering: We make the deduction for the part of the finial that slides over the rod. Rods are cut to customer’s specified length. We need the length of the rod you want showing. Rods are sold by the foot. Rods over 102" are spliced in the center. 

Rod Pricing: Rods are priced by the foot. Rods over foot increments are rounded up to the next foot. Rods over 10' are priced by rounding up to the next even numbered foot.  Example: 11' rod is made by cutting two 6' rods, and splicing them together to equal 11'. Rod pricing would be for a 12' rod. 

Finial Ordering: We must know which finials go on each individual rod. If finials are not ordered in pairs, please specify Left or Right. Not all finials are interchangeable. 

Brackets: Brackets projection is measured from the wall to the back of the rod.

Inside Mount Brackets: When ordering rods for inside mount brackets you must deduct 1/2" for each rod.

Return Rod Ordering: We need the measurements from the outsides of the rod not including the back plate. The plate extends 3/8" past the left and right side of the rod. 

Bay Window Ordering: Please only give the following measurements for bay window orders. We make the deductions for standard 135 degree Bay Window.
