Motorizing a Traverse Pole involves many factors.  A significant understanding of the total weight of the drapery fabric, limitations of the motor system, limitations of the traverse pole and of the construction of the wall on which the system is being installed is needed.  Therefore, a technical knowledge and skill is required to properly install the system.  Although many of these systems can easily be installed by a good handyman, QualityCurtainHardware.com recommends that an experienced drapery hardware installer perform this task.  Since QualityCurtainHardware.com has no control over how or where the system is installed, the manner in which it is being installed or the capability of the person installing the system, the customer assumes all responsiblity and exempts QualityCurtainHardware.com from any liability.

Motorizing a stand-alone corded traverse pole voids any warranty the product may carry and the merchandise is not returnable. Therefore, to ensure any manufacturer warranties are honored, inspect all packaging upon receipt for shipping or handling damages before accepting.  If any damage is evident, notify QualityCurtainHardware.com immediately with details of the damage.  We will followup with the manufacturer and the shipping company.  Once the system has been installed it cannot be returned.  Please refer to our Shipping and Handling Policies.
