Yes, A confirmation is automatically created.  You will receive it a few seconds after you confirm your order. [back]

A5: How long will it take to receive my order?

Some orders will ship within 48 hrs.  Most will take 2 - 3 weeks to ship due to the finishing process.  Special order may take up to 3 weeks. [back]

A6: Are your online transactions secure?

Absolutely, All transactions are certified with Verisign. [back]

A7: Will you give out or sell any of my personal information?

A8: Do you charge sales tax?

Only if the sale is made in the state of Kansas.  Taxes will automatically be applied during checkout. [back]

A9: What are your shipping costs?

You can view an estimate of the shipping costs during checkout. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.  Shipping is calculated using averages.  Please see our Shipping Policies.[back]

A10: Can I change or cancel my order?

A18: What is the difference between the terms "clearance", "return" and "projection"?

Clearance : The distance measured from the wall to the back of a drapery rod.  This is how far out the drapery rod is positioned from the wall.

Return: The distance measured from the wall to the center of the bracket cup.

Projection: The distance measured from the wall to the front of the drapery rod or bracket.  This is how far the system projects our from the wall.  [back]
