On this page we detail our Shipping and Handling Policies.

Any product that has been modifed in any way i/e: stained, painted, cut, drilled, scratched or screwed, is NOT eligible for return. 

Never accept any damaged packages from carriers.  Always inspect all packages and product upon receipt.  Freight Damage claims must be filed within 5 business days of delivery.  Most shipping companies require the original packaging be retained for inspection by a representative.

Retail Orders of $100 or more are shipped to the 48 contiguous United States FREE of charge excluding all manufacturers surcharges, handling fees and processing fees.  Surcharges may apply due to size, weight or special handling,  such as charges applied for long poles and for our Iron Product lines.  These charges will be applied regardless of the order dollar amount and will be indicated as such on your order.

Because of the significant discounts allowed, all shipping, handling and surcharge fees are charged on orders purchased with the Designer Pricing Model.

Shipping charges are based on averages and are not always accurate. We closely monitor these charges and change them as needed to ensure they are as accurate as possible. Even though this does not happen very often, if it is found that the actual cost of shipping an order is significantly less than what was charged, we will refund that difference to the credit card used for the purchase.  You save money if you buy more items at one time rather than frequent smaller purchases. However, if you feel the shipping charges are too high for your purchase, contact us and we will help determine the least expensive way to get your order delivered. 

Suppliers use a variety of shippers.  The most common means are UPS and Fed Ex ground and Common Carrier (truck).  There are surcharges applied to each order when a Common Carrier is used. 

Some suppliers charge various fees for various services.  Each charge will be detailed on your invoice during checkout.  Our web store makes no money on these charges as we pass them directly from the supplier.

It is our intent for orders to ship as quickly as possible.  However, there are many factors that can impact shipping times.  Orders will be placed by our web store immediately upon confirmation of transferred funds.  This can take up to 3 business days.  Most of our suppliers will then ship according to the below listed general guidelines.

For faster delivery options other than regular ground, please select "Expedited Shipping" at check-out.  This is a nominal fee for Expedited Shipping Services and my not cover the total cost for expedited shipping.  If shipping costs exceed this amount, there will be a second charge to your credit card for that amount.  If you prefer, you can contact us prior to placing your order and we will provide you with a more specific amount.  All shipping methods are determined by the supplier.  Our web store makes no money on expedited shipping fees.  This option is not available on international orders.    If shipping to Alaska, Hawaii or transcontinental, please contact us for shipping details and estimated charges.

Vesta:                          Typically ships within 24 - 48 hrs. 
                                    Some lines are special order and take 3 - 4 weeks.  Call for details.

Long Pole / Rod Shipping Charges:

There is a Common Carrier Truck Shipping Charge for long rods*.  This charge varies from one supplier to the next.  When applicable, the appropriate charge is automatically added to your invoice and is indicated as such.

* Splicing two shorter rods together to accomplish the desired length can prevent long pole charges.  So, rather than ordering a 16 ft. pole, you could order two 8 ft. poles and the required splicing hardware and attach them together.  Of course, there would be additional costs for the splicing components.  However, this charge would be much less than the Common Carrier charges.  Nevertheless, you can still order the longer rod.  The common carrier charge will automatically be added to your statement.
